Do you backup your data periodically? If not, you should. If you do not know how, we can help. Backups should be done by yourself, before trouble arises, and before you bring it to us. We can of course do it for you.

Also, backup your smartphone before OS updates!
If you formatted a disc or deleted important documents from your hard disk, or flash drive, STOP using it immediately, and call us! We can bring it back (depending on usage, and method of deletion) Yes! it is possible!
